Ground rules

• Only gamble with money you can afford to lose. Treat it as the cost of entertainment.
• Set a deposit limit and a time limit before you start, and stick to them.
• Never chase losses. A bonus or a VIP tier is never a reason to deposit more.
• Do not gamble when upset, intoxicated or to escape problems.
• You must be 18+ (or the legal age where you live). Underage gambling is illegal.

Warning signs

Spending more than planned, borrowing to gamble, hiding activity from people close to you, feeling restless when not gambling, or gambling to win back losses are all signs to stop and seek support.

Tools on Stake

Stake offers self-exclusion, deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits and session reminders under Settings → Responsible Gambling. Self-exclusion can be set for a fixed period or permanently and cannot be reversed early.
